Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Changke He is the Chief Technology Officer of TechFaith. He previously served as the President of STEP Technologies from May 2004 to February 2005. Prior to joining us in September 2002, Mr. He worked at SEF for three months. From 1995 to May 2002, Mr. He worked at Motorola (China) as an RF engineer.
Mr. He received a bachelor's degree in automatic control and computer engineering from China Central Polytechnic College in 1982 and a master's degree in electronics and automatic engineering.
